It Started With a Simple Idea.
Neighbors Network grew from the belief that adults should be able to continue living in the homes and communities they love while remaining connected, active, and supported.
The idea began taking shape in Winter Park between 2008 and 2010. After a feasibility study supported by the Winter Park Health Foundation, Neighbors Network launched in 2013 under the Senior Resource Alliance. In 2016, it became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Today, Neighbors Network is expanding both its programming and organizational capacity, including the addition of an Executive Director and Life Enrichment Manager in 2026.
