As a community-based organization, Neighbors Network values local organizations, individuals and businesses that provide programs, products and services that appeal to and support older adults. Working together, we can strengthen our community. Older adults contribute to a thriving economy and compassionate society as taxpayers, consumers, donors, patrons and volunteers.
Some of Neighbors Network’s Supporters provide generous funding and support directly to us through grants and in-kind services, including the Winter Park Health Foundation and the Area Agency on Aging of Central Florida (dba Senior Resource Alliance). e2 Homes generously provides office space. Academic institutions (UCF School of Social Work and civic organizations like the East Orange County Rotary Club provide research advice and scholarship support.
Community Supporters include community-based nonprofit organizations that provide programs and/or services for older adults, such as The Winter Park Playhouse, the Orlando Museum of Art, and the Maitland Art and History Museums.
Local businesses, entrepreneurs and merchants are important parts of our community, and Neighbors Network is actively seeking the support of those that serve older adults and are committed to making their facilities and business practices accessible and helpful to senior customers.
Finally, we recognize the critical difference that individuals make through their contributions to a nonprofit organization, like Neighbors Network. Donations of any size are appreciated and will be put to good use helping older adults to ‘Stay Independent, Active, Connected’.
