Meet Lauren

Lauren Tanner, MSN, RN, AHN-BC, is an Advanced Holistic Nurse and Herbalist with more than 10 years of healthcare experience. Originally from Orlando, Lauren spent seven years as a travel nurse, working primarily with oncology and chronic illness populations before pursuing advanced education in holistic nursing and herbalism. With a deep appreciation for nature and the wisdom of plants, Lauren is passionate about helping others connect more deeply with the natural world. Through her work with Honest Thriving and Everyday Herbals, she creates hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity, connection, and a deeper understanding of herbs, gardening, and holistic wellness.
