I have a passion for the mission of Neighbors Network to support Members 55+ living independently at home, keeping them connected to their community through volunteer services that provide rides, home tasks, technology support, social activities, and continued personal engagement.

I’ve been involved with Neighbors Network since the beginning, first serving on the Advisory Council and then the Board of Directors. My vision for the future of Neighbors Network is to grow the membership, volunteer and donor base to be able to serve more older adults in the current service area and eventually to expand the service area.

Since retiring in 2022 from a 42-year career in the field of aging and social work, I have devoted my volunteer work to continuing my passion for improving the quality of life of older adults. My family and close friends are very important to me, especially my only grandchild who will be 4 years old in September 2025. My husband (who is also retired) and I also enjoy traveling when we can.
