Thank you for your interest in becoming a vetted service provider for Neighbors Network! Our service providers are an important feature of the Neighbors Network member benefits.
The mission of Neighbors Network is to foster independence and confidence while providing convenience and peace of mind. Neighbors Network began offering services to members in October 2013; our target area includes all of Winter Park and Maitland plus nearby neighborhoods. (Map HERE).
All of us are sometimes wary of in-home service providers and wonder: “Whom can I trust?” A key value of being a Neighbors Network member is the fact that our service providers are vetted, including service user recommendations and required licenses, insurance and certifications, and must provide the highest quality of service to our members. Neighbors Network will make available to each of our members a list of screened providers in specific service categories, and we will actively seek member feedback. Note that all estimates, work schedules, quotes and payment for your services will be handled directly between the service provider and the Neighbors Network member or the member’s family.
Neighbors Network staff and volunteers will review all service provider applications received. Those individuals and companies that pass the first-round screening will be invited to a personal interview; those providers who meet or exceed our needs and expectations will be notified that they have been selected to be included in our Vetted Service Provider list, available to Members as a membership benefit.
